Ingredients
For the Spinach Scramble
2 slices organic homemade bread
1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen® mayonnaise
3–4 ounces organic thin-sliced turkey breast
½ organic avocado, sliced
2 slices organic Colby Jack cheese
For the Side Dishes
1 cup cooked organic long-grain rice
1 handful organic mixed berries:
Blueberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Strawberries
Instructions
Lay the two slices of homemade bread on a clean work surface.
Spread the Primal Kitchen mayonnaise evenly on one or both slices of bread.
Layer the organic turkey breast evenly over the bread.
Add the sliced avocado and Colby Jack cheese.
Top with the second slice of bread and gently press together.
Slice the sandwich in half if desired.
Place the sandwich on a serving plate.
