His expertise spans the full spectrum of food knowledge—from nutritional content and bioavailability to commercial food processing and, for example, the benefits and drawbacks of food additives. With over 20 years of experience in environmental quality, Matt also brings valuable insight into the daily stressors our environment places on our health.
Matt’s focus is on discussing what can cause individuals not to feel their best by uncovering the root cause or factors affecting health. Using engineering principles grounded in science, he focuses on identifying and avoiding what can be causing harm while improving nutrition to enhance quality of life and achieving health goals.
